Urgent Same Day updates
Same day updates will be attended immediately. Urgent updates are charged at double-hours, so an update taking 1hr will be marked as 2 on your maintenance quota.

Infrequent updates
For infrequent updates we can also help with ad hoc maintenance. The cost of which depends on how quickly you require the updates.
